Welding Service

“Welding” generally refers to the joining of pieces of metal. While the process may be accomplished by forging or compression, today in a manufacturing setting the term generally refers to the selective application of high temperatures that cause pieces of metal to melt and indelibly fuse. Manufacturers use welding to facilitate assembly during part manufacturing and as a way to cut metal. Welders typically add metal to the joining area between metal parts during the welding process.

Welding manufacturing refers to an assembly process that can be manual or automated. It helps fuse pieces of metal into a strong joint. The term “weldment” describes the joining of two metal surfaces into a single unit during the assembly process.

Welding fabrication

Welding fabrication can actually be divided into two processes, precision fabrication and welding. Using metals, such as steel pipes, steel plates or other materials, the manufacturer will cut, bend and form them into the designed shape and size, and then weld them. In the steel welding and fabrication process, all prepared metal pipes, steel plates, etc. will be welded together to make the final product. Usually these welded fabrication products will be processed to the required tolerances (i.e. drilling, milling planes and other requirements).

Tianhui Machine is a trusted welding and custom processing company that specializes in manufacturing a variety of welded steel products and provides custom welding and fabrication services according to customer requirements. From small to large, we can weld fabrication products up to 5m (width) × 24m (length) × 3m (height), including final processing. WALKSON excels in welding and fabrication engineering and has a variety of large machines for welding and fabrication, allowing us to process all types of products.

CNC Machining

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is a manufacturing process where a laser beam penetrates a raw sheet to create flat geometric shapes. Available in a wide range of metals, it is ideal for manufacturing parts such as gaskets, brackets, brackets, and housings.

CNC Machining

Bending

Sheet metal bending refers to the plastic deformation of a metal part along an axis, resulting in a geometric change. The change is only in shape, while the volume of the metal part remains unchanged.

CNC Machining

Punching

Sheet metal punching is a metal cutting/processing process in which a punch press uses tools called punches and dies to apply force to the material to create contours, holes, and other formed shapes.
