Our quality assurance begins with two independent reviews of the purchase order to determine that there are no issues or conflicts with dimensions, materials, quantities or delivery dates.
Experienced personnel involved in setup and production then review and develop individual inspection reports for each operation required to produce the part.
All special quality needs and instructions are documented, and then inspection intervals are assigned based on tolerance, quantity or complexity of the part.
